Welcome to the FreeThinkers Forum. I started this blog over a year ago as the beginnings of a podcast which never took off. So I am reworking the idea.
This is a place where I want to encourage healthy debate, skepticism, and exchange of ideas. I am an atheist who has a passion for science, philosophy, and humanity, and I believe that we can be good without religion to guide the way, so much of my blogging will be tantamount to that and similar ideas. Just to be clear, this will not be a place where I make fun of religion, even though I am very outspoken against it, and I hope those who participate in debate and conversation will observe the same etiquette.
This, however, is more than a place to debate religion. There are a lot of exciting breakthroughs happening in many fields of science, and this is going to be a place to discuss them. I want to bring more visibility to science and hopefully inspire my love of nature into others. I am also looking for inspiration. There are many intelligent people with important things to say and I hope they find their way here.
